A semi-eventful weekend......

Friday we had dinner at Keenan's where I ran into my 7th grade English teacher. Normally, one might be happy to run into old teachers. I, however, loathe running into people I know (unless they are people with whom I've been friends with for years, or people with whom I have a close relationship). Actually I find it rather embarrassing.

Anyway, Saturday was a day of cooking. I spent hours at Wegman's (one of the things I deeply missed about Rochester). Saturday afternoon/evening I spent hours cooking after spending hours shopping. I made TURKEY ROULADES WITH DRIED APRICOT ROSEMARY STUFFING AND APRICOT MUSTARD SAUCE, Steamed Lemon Butter Asparagus, and a lovely Tossed Green Salad.
